Royaltee Plumbing

We recently contracted for a water heater repair and found Royaltee to be an excellent find in the Northland for a few reasons: The coordination with the team was easy, and staff was responsive, making it easy to communicate with over text and phone. I knew our potential issue, and the team was willing to provide an estimate over the phone, which is not always the case in the industry, even for smaller jobs like this one. On the day of our scheduled appointment, the team texted of ETA, and Jason arrived on time (was actually a bit early). Jason was professional and unbelievably friendly with our company, being spring break at our house, and despite distractions, he finished the job on time. Importantly, there was an issue after repair, and he continued to be a great communicator throughout and even returned that afternoon to checkup and see through resolution. Ultimately our estimate and quote were equivalent - and while customers should consider that actual costs for each job is dependent upon scope and complexity analyzed onsite - this consistency meant a lot for our family budget and piece of mind. As far as growing, small, family businesses go, I thought Royaltee set a great expectation, delivered on time and I would recommend Jason and his team to others. Thanks again.

I guess plumbers know that their customers need plumbing issues fixed fast! Jason was out within three hours of me calling. He could have used my ignorant opinion of the problem to pad the bill. But he didn't. He diagnosed the issue instantly and fixed it. And I would describe the price as very reasonable. Will definitely use again. Service: Drain cleaning
