Wow,
Preface-
I'm a 27 year old business owner and the phone call I made had me disgusted.
I recently had a truck stolen and am looking for an insurance attorney.
I called in and their line was crackled to the point of not understanding the secretary.
So I explained I have a commercial business and am looking for representation on my theft claim as my insurance has been nonrepsonsive for 2 months.
In the most snarled and exuse my language, dismissive tone, said "let me stop you there, we don't do that" and hung up.
I I had my partner within 5 feet and her face was in awe at the service.
