This company is more of a strongarm operation. Their website doesn't list the prices/fees for their monthly parking plans. The only way to know what the fees are is to fill out a contract agreement and sign it.This is of course highly illegal and is coercion. Their "contract" is not legally binding in any way and a judge would love to have a word with whomever decided that this is okay to do.I doubt that anyone who is running this "company" is in any way a good or moral person and that they're only goal is to find ways to rip people off for as much money as they possibly can. Also, I've been going through other reviews and it looks like Mid Con (Con is definitely apt) Management is telling people that they "have" to increase prices. This is also a blatant falsehood which can be challenged in a court of law. I'm certain that whomever is responsible for these deceptions wouldn't want to sit on a stand, and under oath, explain their reasoning behind all of these decisions. The answer is clear. Greed. Nothing more or less. And insofar as the "contract" is concerned, this is a federal crime. And they've already been reported.(And if you're thinking about removing the contract or changing things so that the price is reflected in the contract. It won't change anything. There are archives on the internet that are easily accessed. And screenshots and video have already been taken and submitted.)

This company doesn't list the monthly fees or any pricing on their website; but requires you to agree to the monthly parking fee and sign a contract BEFORE you're given the prices. Obligating someone to sign a contract before giving them the cost of services is coercion, and makes your "contract" null and void and isn't enforceable. You're also not proving any service outside of letting vehicles sit on property. The fees you're charging (Of which I've no clue because they're not listed on your website) are not justified by the services you provide. Which is just parking on your lot. There is no security of any kind, your lots are littered with debris and potholes, and the general maintenance of your lots is abysmal. All you're doing is collecting cash with zero effort to maintain your properties or provide any sort of peace of mind when using your services. And to top off the scumbag behavior you're coercing people into signing a contract before you'll tell them how much they'll be charged. You could be charging 10,000 a month and you're actually thinking that contract of yours legally binds them into paying that fee.It doesn't. Because that contract isn't a legal document and is in no way enforceable because the person who signed it did so because they had no choice if they wanted to see the fee for monthly parking.

Parked my car in this garage and took a train. Paid $140.00 for the amount of time I was parked there. This is supposed to be paying for the security of my vehicle, which I may not have mentioned, was parked 3 spots away from the security booth. I get back and started my car and instantly my car sounded like a motor cycle. I knew that someone had tampered with it. Took it straight to a mechanic and found out the my catalytic converter had been stolen and my 02 sensor cut. I filed a police report with the kansas city police and tried to talk to the management company however there is never an answer at the number provided and of course no call back. I have a hard time understanding why I paid for these services. I would have been better off parking on the street. My car was not secured nor safe in this garage. What are the fees for? How is security sitting in a booth and yet doesn't see a thing, Why is security even there if they are watching cars get damaged. I paid for a service that I didn't get. To any and all potential customers stay away from this garage, they are either in on the theft or are simply overlooking it neither of which should be the cause of robbing someone twice, once for the fee which covers nothing and twice for the repairs or damage to your car. BEWARE!!!!!

I pay $112 for montlhy parking at the Wyandotte garage on W 10th for what should give me piece of mind. In February of this year we had several vehicles broken into. We had 4 vehicles broken into last night. Us, who had there vehicles broken into didn't have things laying out or anything of real value, These people did it because they know they can get away with it. We need more cameras in the garage instead of at the entrances and exits. What happens if one of our residents who uses this garage gets hurt or even worse! Mid-Con Management needs to do more.

Car broken into 2 days ago along with 20+ other vehicles (and a friends car stolen, while visiting in town a few months ago). Despite the frequent issues they have not stepped security up at all and dont seem to care that these things are happening. Their response to me was a nonchalant attitude surrounding the amount of recent break-ins. You own a buissness, take care of it
