We were too late to get on the schedule this year but they were willing to work us in after Thanksgiving when we had a week of nice weather. Very pleased with quality of the work.

We could not be any more pleased with the new look in our bedroom, hallway and stairs. The crew was professional, courteous and delightful to have in our home. The work was far beyond what I could have predicted. They did the deep repair work that will make the room look fantastic for years, repairing cracks in the walls of our older house. If you want quality and meticulous care, this is your company. They are also great at advising on what to do if you have questions. And the owners are people of great integrity and warm hospitality!

This is the third time in 30 years that we've used Bates Painting to paint our home and there's a reason. Doug and his team are very attentive to proper preparation of the surfaces and use the highest quality paint products. It may cost a little more, but the last paint job on the exterior was done in 2009, so it lasted more than twelve years. We could have waited longer, but I like to make sure our home doesn't deteriorate, so we decided to have it painted this year. We also needed to have several items on the exterior repaired and his carpenter did a great job! Service: Exterior painting

From start to finish, Doug and his crew were professional, attentive, responsive and talented. The (very reasonable!) quote was the price we paid. Our old gall got a remarkable face lift and we couldn't be more pleased!

I can not say enough good things about Doug and his employees. They did a fantastic job painting and repairing the exterior of our home. Doug has extensive knowledge and experience, not just of paint, but also color selection and placement. If you are looking for a quick and cheap paint job, do not call this company. However, if you want someone who is going to take the time to make sure that every detail is taken care of and that you will have a quality product by quality professionals, do not hesitate to call Bates.
