They said I wasn't pregnant and I am. After further blood work and testing that they wouldn't do and blew me off with everything I said and they didn't do anything except a pee sample which was obviously wrongly negative. I had 6 positives before seeing them but that still didn't get then enough reason to at least do blood work. Waste of time and money. Also very uncompassionate! No sympathy or even common curtousy with the fact I thought I miscarried on a wanted pregnancy. Also the doctor said she would get back with me after viewing my previous ultrasound and It has been a week and I haven't heard back and doubt I will. No care of thorough examination.

Dr. Ward is amazing. She truly listened and cared, and I have never found a doctor that gave me hope and listened to all of my concerns/questions as much as she does.

This is the worst healthcare facility I have ever stepped foot in, terrible service! I wouldnt even give it a star but I had to in order to write this review. I had been rescheduled 3 times before I could even be seen because my pregnant obgyn was too sick to come in, some nurses were rude, their staff isnt even on the same page! Left me a voicemail to confirm an appointment time and when I arrived they proceeded to tell me I missed my appt because the time she said and it actually was were different. The list goes on! I wouldnt even recommend this place if it were the only one around!

I've been going to the off N Oak location for years. However, this year when trying to make my appointment, they seem to be MIA. I've left messages that have gone un-returned. Every time I call, they are either closed (calling M-F typically between 10am - 2pm) or I get the recording that they're on the other line and to leave a message. After 3 weeks of radio silence, I'm finding a new provider.
