I appreciate you guys so much you put me on my first bike make a childs dream come true thats for sure they were professional and werent rude when my questions got kinda of noobish and made the buying process easy as could be thank you guys!!!

In 2019 I bought a new Honda UTV. I also purchased a spare tire. After a while I had a flat and tried the spare and it didnt fit. I took it back and they said the spare was for another brand of UTV. After weeks and maybe months they gave me another tire and wheel and said it was for my machine. After another period of time I had another flat and tried the spare. Once again it did not fit. I took it back and the parts guys who blamed the wheel manufacturer for sending the wrong size. Why didnt they make sure it was the right one I asked? Its now been another 6 months between incidents and no spare. Since October 2021. BTW no we are sorry or taking blame for this. Lots of excuses like Covid, supply train, somebody elses fault. I dont believe they even buy these at this point. Be careful and check their work. I should have.

I bought a Used Can-Am Commander from Advantage in 2017. I was thinking about trading that in at a dealer near our recreation property. I went to find the docs on the Commander, and couldn't find them. Todd at Advantage worked HARD to help getting replacements. Replacement MSO was no problem, but it was stamped with a lien from previous buyer. Todd was able to get a duplicate lien release from the old lender. Todd and Advantage didn't have to work as hard as they did, but I sure appreciate it, and will be sure to patronize them when I can and recommend them to friends and family. They went the extra mile that isn't seen often. Great experience.
