        I have had a major surgery on my rotator cuff, as well as I have 4 herniated discs in my neck and thoracic area. I bought both the shoulder and one of the square ice/heat packs. They are by far the best product I've ever used. The cold isn't bone chilling and stays cold for almost an hour. I wish these had been available many years back, but am thankful to have them now.
