if i could give them 0 stars, i would. i was referred to premier imaging kc for additional labs before my surgery. gone 3.5 weeks without them ever contacting me. i have called premier imaging EVERY OTHER DAY & never got an answer or return. definitely, the lowest level of medical professionalism i've ever experienced.

Was trying to schedule MRI appointment after the previous one got canceled causes of the technical issues at the office Spent almost an hour on the phone for that but after being "on hold" for 22 minutes each time back to back just got the automatic answering service "to leave a message". So during one hour No One got a chance to answer my call which is ridiculous to my knowledge! Now, just wondering how soon I'll get their call back to schedule my MRI appointment.

Cancelled my appointment even though I called to make sure it didn't get cancelled. Receptionist was beyond rude and kept hanging up on me when I was trying to reschedule.

They do a decent job and the cash price is way cheaper than at a hospital

It took three weeks to call me after they had my referral from my Doctor and then an additional week until they could get me in. There was no reason to make me wait that long just for a call to schedule. Overe the next 30 days I just got sicker waiting for a call. The scariest part about being sick is not knowing what's going on.
