They wont call me back, they wont pick up when I call. It just seems like they dont care about their patients, I have had other family members try calling before too and they say dont even waste your time on this place.

Context: I have no income right now and am in an uncertain living situation. The clinic volunteer who sat in with me privately was reductive along with the doctor who focused on extraneous information that was rooted in prejudice for gay people. Together, they both refused to give me a metabolic blood panel for my annual check up. Then, the clinic volunteers at the front desk worked together to engage in cost cutting measures to charge me for lab test results I dont know if I needed because the doctor did not explain what he was doing for me and the clinic volunteer knew exactly what he was doing for himself. Now I am too afraid to reach out to get my lab test results interpreted because Quest is encouraging me to reach back out to the clinic to do so.
