I used this company and all I can say is if you want you be charged an exorbitant amount of money up front, have no follow up, send many unanswered emails, call and be spoken to rudely and never know if anything was ever done, this is the company for you!!!. To this day I have never heard what was done on my case.

The man that answered the phone when I called to get a quote was very rude. If I didn't hire him right then he would charge me more if I called back to hire him later!! And he was my first call on the list I had!! As a consumer, we have the right to shop around before making a decision, and this was completely uncalled for. He lost business right then and there. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend doing business with someone like this.

After we paid the initials fees, he charged us for extra work that was unnecessary and that we did not ask for, and then reacted unprofessionally and childishly when we tried to challenge the charges. I would recommend you try someone else first. edit: It's not inaccurate, I still have Ron's emails.
