Ryan, thank you so much I high-fived Leslie this am (as I know she earned this) but most of all, this climate is crazy and we do our best to stay in front of you, SO THANK you for appreciating this! We appreciate you trusting us!!!

We were in direct communication with your office regarding your request for loss runs as well as the ongoing updates and COI's that come through our office several times a week. Proactively communicating with our clients in the hallmark of our success and we have had a productive working relationship with both of your managers. We understand when premiums increase it can be frustrating and that's why we were working diligently to provide you with ALL of the information you would need make an informed decision for your business. We would also be happy to speak to you directly and have emailed all of the details you will need (including the loss runs) well in advance of your 5/1 renewal. I do not understand how performing my duties in a fashion as we do for all clients (ask questions, provide solutions) would be construed as harassment but would be happy to discuss how we can better communicate with your team in the future should you need our services. We want to have positive, productive relationships with ALL of our clients and are sorry that you feel we have not accomplished that goal with your team.
