I can't recall how long I've been a client of Mr. Pete. Rev. Pete, I call him. I've been very satisfied with the services and professionalism from State Farm. I've had two accidents in the last two months, and Rev. Pete and his office took great care of me. Having Irvin as my agent definitely reminds me that there’s still great people in this crazy world we live in today. He is very helpful and understanding especially during the start of the pandemic. He response to emails, messages, calls at a timely manor, and never once sounded annoyed but totally the opposite very delightful in helping whatever situation you may be in. So definitely I will remain his client for as long as I live here. I remember how he welcomed me to the state/neighborhood with my first Christmas card and birthday card 😊. I’ve lived in different cities and have been with State Farm for many, many years with periods of not having a car and car insurance. When I moved to the Kansas City area in 2017. I bought a car and was in need of car insurance. I contacted State Farm and was matched with Mr. Irvin Pete. I found Irvin to be EXTREMELY patient, responsive, kind, honest, knowledgeable and never ever too pushy. I also found his policies provided the best value out of any of the other agencies. With that being said, I continued with Irvin Pete when I bought a home so I bundled my insurance package, which provided me even more of a savings. I have since moved to another state, but during my tenure with Irvin, he was truly one of the BEST agents to have had the pleasure of working with. Mr. Irvin Pete, State Farm.
