I called Air Control Heating and Cooling after another company (Ok Heating and Cooling) blew me off. Jarvis was out to our place the very next day. He explained everything and got our air fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. We had a DIFFERENT problem several weeks later, and he got to us the next day. If I get a choice, Im going with these guys every time.

Excellent company and highly recommend them. Jarvis is very professional and was able to take a quick look at our AC unit and diagnose the issues. He had us up and running within 20 minutes.

When I woke up I had no heat, and then wasted time trying to diagnose it myself. I could not leave my pets alone with the heat out and they were very responsive, and had my heat back up and working in short order. The service tech was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing, how he was diagnosing the issue, and what needed to be replaced. Very transparent, fair and fast.
