        Worst hospital ever I went in cause I fell due to acl injury couldn't walk they left me in the room for 2 hours with the call light on about to pee on myself knowing I couldn't walk. The man threw Tylenol on my cover and said this is all u get for now and walked out. Nobody ever answered my light so I used a rolling chair a black lady who works there was laughing at me struggling to get to the bathroom they had just mopped the floor and I fell again and they didn't care. I called my ride to go to a different hospital they wouldn't let me leave it took for security to come help me get out.never going back

        I was very impressed with the care I received at Research Medical Center. I traveled from South Texas to have a Deep Brain Stimulator implanted by Dr. William Rosenberg M.D., Neurosurgeon. I had 2 surgeries in 10 days so I got to know the nursing staff very well. The pre-op nurses were very friendly and made me feel at ease. (shout out to Emma & her team) Registration was a breeze having done most of it from home in Texas. I went to ICU where, again, smiles and my comfort were #1 priority. Sami, my nurse, was a God send. She did a great job and didn't wake me every 10 minutes. I was transferred to the Neuro-ICU unit and all of the above goes for them as well. Kaylee was my nurse there. She was very professional and attentive to my needs. The entire staff at Research Medical Center gets an A+ from me.

        Been here for a few days and I'm scared they may cost me my life or at least my finger. It's filthy and the patient care is questionable if not criminal. Please never send a loved one here

        I am very disappointed with my visit today. I have chosen research over other hospitals because it use to be better, but giving me my xrays in the waiting room with a dinosaur xray machine and never once offering me a wheel chair or bringing me one when I asked for one? Maybe if they were crazy busy, like I've seen them more than 5 they are empty today. It's like they have become accustomed to being ghetto very disappointing. I guess I'll be going somewhere else from now on.
