Went there for years. Was fine. Low hassle, 24-hour set-up. But closed without notice and canceling my membership is proving to be a major hassle.

This is the worse gym ever. They lure you in with low rates and then charge your credit card for other rates. I stopped going there in April and they are STILL billing my credit card in September. There customer service is horrible. There is never anyone there, even when it says there should be, and they even block there phone number from taking calls, leaving it so you can't leave voice mails. The most trashy and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with

WORST GYM in KC. Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card info! I was charged for months without my knowledge AFTER I was told by someone at this location that my contract would be cancelled at the end of the 12 months and I was "good to go" only to find out 6 months later that I was still being charged. The owner of the store called me, never apologized for the gross miscommunication, and just kept saying that someone in his store would never tell someone they were good to go and then keep them in a month to month WAY past their 12 month agreement. Oh, but wait... THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. He said they do not have a refund policy at all. After telling me I can only stop them from auto-charging my debit card with a written statement, he then tells me he will cancel it while I am on the phone. No thanks. That is what I was told MONTHS ago. Now I have to send a freaking letter in the mail to officially cancel. The owner hung up on me without even properly apologizing or ending the call. WORST business practices ever.
