Eric & Alicia and were fantastic to work with replacing carpet in our rental property. We let them know we had a time constraint as we are between tenants and needed to get the new carpet in ASAP. Consultation, receiving a bid, payment & scheduling were all a breeze. On installation day the crew was on time, efficient and very clean! Everything looks phenomenal and we highly recommend them for your next flooring project.

I met Eric at the JOCO Home show. He was friendly and informative from the start. He came out as scheduled for a measurement. Explained which product would be best. I wanted something durable for the four legged kiddos... Then it was easy to select a product. Received the estimate quickly. I was shocked at how affordable these beautiful floors were. Andrew came to install them as scheduled. He did an outstanding job. So impressed with his work and the floors. We have a few set backs no fault of Elite.
