After owning some Fireboard products for over a year now, I felt compelled to write a quick review as there are so many terrible products on the market today. This is definitely not the case with FB. For anyone looking to be a little more accurate with their cooking, Fireboard makes a number of products to make this happen. I recently built a brick oven and was struggling to find probes that could handle the heat (they easily exceed 1000 degrees) and give me accurate readings, both for the oven temp and the meat inside it. I now own to Fireboard Pro 2 systems with a number of thermocouples along with a Fireboard Drive, and a Spark as well. Everything about this company is fantastic, from the product, to the app, to the CS team. And the fact it is designed, built, and CS is in the USA is just amazing. I can't wait to see what these guys come up with next. When it comes to brick ovens, there is a crazy heat up period and if built correctly, the cool down takes days and you can cook different foods throughout this process. Having an accurate sensor and easy to follow mobile app is essential. These products have been amazingly helpful in maximizing the food that I make. Thank you Fireboard!

Learning how to use it with my golden cast-iron grill. Love the professional, probes, great job making this. I uses to used ThermoWorks, now its getting dust on them, I will be given them away. Thanks for making a perfect product to use.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the FireBoard 2 Pro Drive and the Fireboard Spark thermometer! Having tried various BBQ stokers in the past, including BBQ Guru DigiQ and Rocks barbecue stoker, I must say your product surpasses them, with the exception of probe fragility. However, the K type high temp capability makes them truly invaluable. For wireless rotisserie cooking, I rely on a Yummly probe, but your products have proven to be a game-changer. I've owned nearly every other product on the market, and FireBoard's over-engineered excellence truly stands out. Special kudos to Wendy in customer service her support has been nothing short of amazing. If you're in the market for cutting-edge BBQ tech, FireBoard is the brand to explore. Keep up the fantastic work!

Fireboard is an amazing product. Only device that has 6 probes. Graphing is really useful. The Spark really helps by recording with the main Fireboard. I have other instant reads, but using Spark with the Fireboard makes recording/tracking so much easier.
