Worst experience I have had at an office. If you value your time don't come here, because they are in no hurry to see you during your scheduled appointment. When they finally come the room they are clueless to why you are there because they don't prepare and review your chart causing you to waste even more of your time. Also, while waiting you can hear the staff just chatting in the hallway and even hear them talking badly about patients. Again, in no hurry to help patients that are currently there waiting in a room. First appointment I waited 45 min to an hr after my scheduled appointment time to have 4 people come in, the Dr and I'm not sure who the other 3 people were they were never introduced. While speaking with the Dr. (who did not review my chart in advance and was unprepared) I had to explain and remind them of the tests and results I had done prior to my visit. During this interaction the other 3 people in the room; one puckrd at their fingernails, one played on their phone, and the other looked board out of their mind staring at the wall. For my second appointment I waiting in the room for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment (again listening to them just talking and having a great time in the hall outside the rooms) before I just left. If they don't value their patients and their patients time then they don't deserve their money or insurances money. They do have a call and text reminders about your appointment that will call you everyday for 3 days before your appointment and then text you the day before which can be incredibly frustrating.
