Work was done in a rush. Concrete mix was wrong (too wet) Fiberglass reinforcement was not added as per contract. Brushed finish was a mess. Poor workmanship. Warranty papers were not given per contract. City permits weren't posted.(if any were obtained). After work was paid for Cortez Jackson will not respond to calls or emails.

This company replaced the private sidewalk in front of our home. They removed old materials neatly and created a beautiful new walkway. They even upgraded the landscaping along the new walk, which they said was "part of the job". The bid was reasonable, and they included suggestions for improved drainage. Highly recommended company.
