The staff here is very nice and helpful but unless you hit a sale the merchandise at this location can be a little pricey and often times a lot of the clothes I've seen were REALLY out of date. (Some stuff looked like it was popular in the 90's). I once tried to sell to them a ton of baby girl clothes and they told me they were too worn and couldn't take them. I said okay and the lady then offered to donate them for me to an organization that provides clothing for underprivileged kids in foster care (or something like that) so I said sure; I didn't need the clothes. I came back a week or so later to buy some stuff for my daughter and saw a bunch of the stuff I had "donated' on their sales racks. Big turn off for me! If you can make the drive out to the Independence location then do it. I've never sold to them but I've found their selection and prices to be much better.
