Our house was built in the 1940's and we have a stone foundation. The basement wall on the northeast side of the house was always damp and had mold that would not go away. JH recommended a sump pump to help with the water from the hydrostatic pressure. The whole process while working with JH was fantastic. They are also locally owned. The mold is gone and the basement smells so much better. Highly recommend using this company.

Jeff has gone above and beyond. He did the original work in April of 2019, and came back to do the window wells. It's now 2 years later, and he is still immediately available to answer questions, as we go through the process of selling our house! He remembers the details of our project, and responded immediately when we needed a copy of our transferrable warranty. I am continually surprised by his professionalism and communication. We recently bought this house and had a leak that the previous seller disclosed was fixed by JH Restoration. I called and spoke with Jeff who immediately knew what job/house/invoice I was referring to but just answering maybe 3 questions. He was here within 30 minutes to look at the leak. We also found out the previous seller didn't disclose that she refused them to make the necessary corrections inside the house and only had them do the outside. The seller didn't want to have to remove a piece of panelling in order for this to happen. Jeff scheduled this to be done within a couple days. He ended up having a job cancelled due to rain and came back and did the repair for us same day! I was more than impressed! He also stood by his word and work. We also received a follow up call the next morning as it was pouring down rain asking if all was dry, which it was.
