        I had an appointment for 10am this morning. It is now 11:15am and they have not shown up, not called and not returned my phone calls. I did receive a confirmation yesterday for 10am. It is difficult for me to find a day that I can be home and so now that is wasted. Unless they come up with a good explanation, I cannot recommend this company. Later, evidently they had an error in their scheduling that was their error. They did show up several hours late but did an excellent job. However, I had to cancel a later appointment to be home. So I can now recommend but just suggest that you reconfirm the time that morning.
