Too many quality issues to list with the finished product. It seems that quality control is not a concern for this cabinet shop.

We are so happy we went with McCartney! He is truly an artist and helped us customize our kitchen into a space that we love.

The person we purchased our house from had taken measurements and already ordered from McCartney Cabinets when we moved, so we had no choice in the matter. We have a VERY small kitchen and figured it wouldn't take long at all to get the cabinet doors and drawers installed. Boy, were we wrong! Two months after we moved, the installer came. To their credit, he was actually very good and worked quickly. One of the drawers had not been measured properly, however, and he could not complete the job because he had to take the drawer back with him and remake and reinstall. One of the doors also has a ding that needs touch up, and another drawer needs adjusting because it sneaks open and won't stay shut. When I call, they don't ever call back and I can't get them to come back to finish. It's been another month just to get completion and it's disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Update-8/2019 One of the cabinet knobs fell apart and when I stopped by the business to replace it, they were very obliging and sent me replacements at no charge. The one drawer that sneaks open is still sneaking open. Not sure how we will repair it.

We hired Conrad Cabinets to do new vanities and a linen cabinet for our bathroom. Their pricing was OK, and the timeline they promised us was good as well. However, after deciding to go with them we experienced nothing but headaches. Their communication was awful, they did not respond to phone calls or emails. The timeline on our cabinets got pushed back which was fine, but they never communicated with us. Their office was is unorganized and has no idea what is going on. The workers they sent out to install were friendly and efficient, but they had little insight into what was happening as well. Overall their in ability to communicate with us has pushed our bathroom remodel timeline back significantly and cost us time and the other contractors that we have hired to complete other work on the bathroom time and money as well. Until they can get their act together in their office I would avoid.

Met Bob at a remodeling show in Overland Park. Seemed like a nice guy and was confident about their quality and ability to handle the job. We signed a contract in early February. The project would be a complete remodel of the kitchen. We were to have all the cabinets out before they started. Their job would include all new cabinets, sink and back splash, ceiling work and ceiling paint. Strip and refinish the hardwood floors. They actually started work on May 18th after I threatened to call my attorney. The ceiling work was horrible. They had to paint it twice and paint our walls that their painter had destroyed. The flooring work was horrible. They had to strip it and start all over after the cabinets were set. We were promised by the superintendent that the new flooring finish would hold up to our 2 large dogs. It didn't last a month before showing issues. I contacted Bob and he said the floor finish would never hold up to the dogs but maybe they could try a different product. I requested a refund on the floor work, Bob said he couldn't do that and I have never heard from him again. He won't take my calls or return my calls. The list of flat out stupid and careless mistakes they made along with misrepresentations that they made is huge. This is my 6th home so dealing with contractors isn't new to me but without a doubt this is the worst experience I have ever had. 1 Star is too kind, RUN, RUN FAST
