        Went in to buy a car today, and the salesman was very rude. Couldn't be bothered to leave his seat or barley look up from his computer. Horrible customer service! If you want to be valued as a customer shop somewhere else!! That response is a joke. You barely looked up when my husband was speaking to you and barely responded to him. That was not a laid-back sales approach that was just plain lack of customer service. I stand by what I said. This is a horrible place if you want to be valued as a customer!

        Failure to show inventory is a massive flaw in any company with any online presence. Will never get my business if they can't be up front about what they are selling.

        While their prices are a bit high, they help even a nobody get behind the wheel of a car for an affordable monthly payment.

        I purchased a vehicle from them in 2016 the very next day the vehicle would not start it went to their shop and came back out running just to go back to their shop in a few days because it wouldn't start again. This was a repeated issue for months they eventually fixed the problem by disconnecting my neutral safety switch which lets the car be put in gear without keys in it. I probably drove the car 10 times the first 6 months other than that it lived at the shop or the dealership shop. They promised to make a payment because I wasn't able to use the car for so long and never paid and the person that referred me never got their money promised for the referral. Fast forward to now I had to fix the car myself for an additional $4,000 at the Chevy dealer due to a bad BCM and ECU. I feel like they knew that and didn't want to pay to fix it. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from there. One of the worst experiences ever. And I forgot to mention the car came from flood damage and they just resprayed the underneath side. The Chevy dealer even said the underneath damage looked like it had set in water a while and had a tow truck drag it out
