Our experience started out good. We had Daniel come to our home and look at the project in our bathroom that we were wanting done. He came out on a Wednesday and said he would get us the estimate over the weekend because he had to finish his personal bathroom because he had family coming in town for the holidays. We were fine with waiting... until we didn't hear from him at all. I called customer service/office number and spoke with a girl who was friendly and said she would contact him since no information was in the system. Well... we still didn't hear from him, so I sent him an email to the email address on his card and still didn't hear from him. We were looking forward to using the company since it's semi local and close to home. We are extremely disappointed after reaching out several times and couldn't get any response at all.

We are very pleased with our new shower. It looks beautiful and the grab bars are so helpful. Working with Daniel was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and worked diligently to get the project done well and in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

It's always challenging to find a contractor who is professional, on time and provides you with a fair price. I can't say enough about my experience with Five Star Bath. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. The quality of their product far exceeds many of the competitors and I love that they actually remove the previous bath to ensure there's no mold instead of placing a new tub on top of the existing. I had a great experience and highly recommend!
