        Super happy with with my haircut. I had a mop of hair that needed to get cleaned up and I had an appointment for 530 pm (should have scheduled a earlier appointment) but Ray took his time and made sure everything looked great.

        My mom and sister take my nephew here to the first chair and his haircut is always great. I wanted to bring my son but can't get and appt to save my life. Great cuts though

        My first time in Kansas City and I went to the worst barbershop I have ever walked into. The older man in the middle cut me in the back of the head, he has no delicacy, he drilled my head with the machine as if I were an animal, I told him only the top half and he cut the whole thing off. 40 dollars for a poorly made "FADE" for beginners.

      We are sadly disappointed about your experience at my shop. However, if this was such a horrific experience for you, why didn't you bring your complaint to management vs the internet! Which is the proper & mature way to handle these types of situations. If there was such issues, the opportunity to make corrections, has been taken away unfortunately. I do sympathize about your experience. And I do understand that you are a delicate person & you require delicate attention. However, my recommendations for you is to try a beauty shop or salon next time, if that makes you feel more comfortable!
