We recently held a wedding reception at The Villa. We were very disappointed in the execution of our event. There was not enough food to serve our 130 guests. Over 20% of our guests were either under served - missing vegetables or meat entree or not served at all. They were later served a meal from a nearby restaurant. Appetizers were not served during the cocktail hour, but appeared mid dinner. Cocktails were not passed on the patio as planned which caused a long line at the bar, with only one bartender. It was so disappointing and embarrassing to have spent months planning a memorable event to have it marred by poor management and execution. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event with no "re do" I do not recommend the Villa for such an important event.

Meal served 2 hours late!! They provided 1 server for a group of 125 guests. A large part of the group did not receive ANY food. The wrong beef selection was served and there was no warning or apology for any of it- no refund or correspondence. Raven was despicable to deal with and has been so unprofessional. It is such a shame
