Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

WARNING BANK OF AMERICA IS SHUTTING DOWN CHECKING ACCOUNTS. Yesterday Bank of America decided to close our checking account overnight and refused to give us access to our money or information regarding why they suddenly closed our account. I was unable to buy food for my family, including my 4 year old son. No one explained why these actions were taken. No red flags or fraudulent activity, confirmed by 3 different BOA employees. Bank of America is PREYING on their customers during a Global Pandemic! How am I going to get my stimulus check now? Is Bank of America going to keep our stimulus check? UNFAIR business practices from Bank of America during the worst global crisis we have ever seen. I urge everyone who banks at BOA to withdraw all of your money NOW before they try to take it away from you for an unknown amount of time. Having to deal with these PREDATORY business practices resulted in loss of income because I have had to miss work to spend hours on the phone and hours in the branch offices.

This branch is always helpful!! Couldn’t say better things about the Manager Jayme, she always has smile on her face and goes above and beyond for her customers!!

This is the worst bank ever I never complain on Google before so trust me do not go in there .Walk in no ever say hi or anything thing to you. I wish I did not have to go there but I do that how I have to pay my rent on a deposit only card. I Ben going there for 3 years and it's always the same every time. It will be no one in line in that always bresher me time in time ago to go to the ATM. To do it. I tell them I can not it will not give me change back. The are so rood. The only reason I hate paying my rent is I have to go there. Rrrr.it should not be like this at all. To make a person fill disrespected ever time. My bank is not like that at all .I'm not the only person that say this about this bank. Good luck if you have to stop at this branch.
