Im giving this particular Commerce a 5 star review because of the amazing service that I received with my home loan. I cannot say enough good things about my loan officer, Porsha Rideaux. Let me put it this way- if it wasnt for her and the Neighborhood Connection loan through Commerce, we would not have been able to purchase our home. The market is awful and interest rates are making the dream of home ownership obsolete to many hard working families. I thought I knew what I wanted and Porsha, knowing not only what I wanted but what I needed, gently steered me in the right direction and we are now the proud home owners of a beautiful home. The no PMI no down payment was HUGE! I am so happy with Commece and Porsha and Jeremy who worked very hard to help us close on time that I will refer everyone I can to them- that includes YOU, dear reader of these words!
