Excellent managment & service-
Jesus the office manager displays superior, respectful and informative service, His work ethics are impeccable and the maintenance crew he got for us delivered above and beyond the call of duty service. I give it 5 stars 🌟based on reliable work ethics and services. What other apartment complexes lack with Jesus and crew on board Indian Creek Apartments, the job will get done right!

Don't let the reviews fool you. They pick and choose what they want to fix. The apartments are old and in need of a desperate makeover.

The apartment is fairly priced. The building is older so some of the doors stick, it has baseboard heating/cooling, let's just say don't expect "new apartment" quality. Honestly though, I like the imperfections, there's a certain charm to it. The five stars are mostly for Jesus, the property manager. I moved in almost three weeks ago and Jesus has been super accommodating through the whole process. Having his cell number makes it really easy to contact him and he always answers promptly.
He made getting my apartment ready to move in to a top priority so I could get moved in when I needed to. There was a hiccup with the internet (mostly because I didn't plan ahead) and he allowed me to connect to the office's until I got mine set up later that day. He even agreed to help me get a big chair into my apartment but a neighbor happened to be there to help out.
It's only been three weeks but so far I'm glad I chose Indian Creek Apartments.

Worst place to live ever! Management and maintenance are the worst! Water is POURING FROM ROOF management states they cannot come over and fix it will have to wait till tomorrow waters coming through lightbulbs very very dangerous was told don’t have funds to fix the roof. Belongings are ruined due to this being the THIRD time for the ceiling to leak!!! Management has no care and states will take money off rent!!!😡Major health issues, carpet is molded and patched up ceiling has mold!! Health Dept will definitely be called and management was informed and stated go ahead, again WORST MANAGEMENT SERVICE EVER! 5 star reviews were probably given for a discount!!!

I have had nothing but a positive experience moving here. Jesus was extremely patient and accommodating during the whole move in process!
