This was the most professional experience I've ever had at a music store. I just needed some maintenance work on my EJ-200. It was extremely short notice, due to an upcoming show, but from the second the guys answered the phone, they were professional, respectful and very courteous. When I arrived to the store, Ryan greeted me and remembered the conversation we had on the phone. He was so helpful and professional in answering all of the questions I had about my equipment and I never felt pressured or anything that I have experienced at competitors. I will be returning to Ryan and Palen Music Center for sure! Thank you for your wonderful customer service! It is a very hard thing to come by these days, but PMC hit the nail on the head.
