Place was not too busy when I arrived. I brought an inbound load with a DRY VAN. I bypassed scale house and went directly to the receiving office like other folks that gave reviews said I should. Apparently things have changed a bit possibly due to the covid stuff. There's a sign on the door that says to go back to truck and call don't come in. [ MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE RECEIVER GUY TOLD ME THAT IF I COME BACK AGAIN, TO NOT BYPASS SCALE. CHECK IN THERE.

Quick Service , Make Shure you weight before strap or print the Bills , I was overweight, they remove the pallet and print the paperwork in no time , thanks for being efficient

This place is a joke said be here by 2:30 and I pulled up to what I thought was the right gate while on the phone with the shipping dock the guy turned me away would have taken 1 minute to move to the correct gate they turned me away said 2:30 sharp we start loading at 7am it is now 7:15 am and I haven't seen a soul super lack of respect and ambition talk about that little extra to get the job done this place has none

Going to slam google since you cant speak to a person at 1:45 in the middle of the night. Oh its because they are all SLEEPING. Well, the rest of us would like to sleep too. But we cant when your train stops in our neighborhood when logic says you shouldnt leave one site till you can arrive at the next site when they are less then 10 miles from each other. This has happened 2 nights this week

Office employees in the shipping department are extremely rude, terrible human beings , especially an old male employee that does the check ins . He needs to retire and take his frustrations home with him. He uses terrible bad words when dealing with drivers .. he needs to either get fired or have his mouth washed with soap !
