        The 360 Auto team is great! They were very quick to get my car in and had it diagnosed within one day. They were easy to talk to and answered all our questions. Their online system for viewing your car diagnostics is user friendly and informative. Customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back for future auto mechanic needs!

        Hey yall!! I am the young owner of that silver Ranger (Mazda) and I want to give you guys a HUGE shoutout! The fortunate blessings of my healthcare education placed me on a clinical rotation in Frederick, Maryland. Our first day of travel from Scottsdale, AZ to Amarillo, TX went off without a hitch. The next morning, we woke up to the truck frozen and snowed in. Once everything was thawed and brushed off, we trekked our way through Oklahoma until our alternator light came on exactly 90 miles southwest of 360 Auto. We called Tanner and he assured us he could take a look at the truck and store it for the night with the bed full of all my personal belongings. From there, they even payed for our Uber to the hotel we were in that night. The next morning, we woke up to their phone call that they were replacing our alternator and that we would be on the road within the next 2 hours. Im certain these guys replaced the alternator quicker than a F1 pitcrew. Overall, we only lost 5 hours off of our drive time and we were able to make it to our intended destination hardly off schedule. Because of these guys, I was able to get back on the road and still make it in time to enjoy a day in my new town before I started work. To anyone needing car service, these guys ARE your friends and they WILL take care of you. As an even added bonus, they sent us on our way with a box of chocolates and called within 5 days to check-up on the vehicle. 11/10 starts for these guys! Thanks for all your hard work!
