Dr. Glascock is an amazing doctor but it is impossible to get in to see her. I had an appointment scheduled for 9/17/2021 and she had an emergency come up and had to reschedule my appointment for 12/28/2021. That is ridiculous . If I have a cold I can never get in to see her. It is crazy that I can't get into my family doctor. I am always told by the staff to go to Urgent Care. What good is it to have a family doctor if you are always told go to Urgent Care. Urgent Care doctors don't know my health history. JCMG needs to stop sending new patients to Dr. Glascock so she has time to see her current patients. If you need to see your Family Doctor you shouldn't have to wait several months for an appointment.
If JCMG doesn't change the way things are currently they are going to lose Dr. Glascock because she will get tired of this and from being overwhelmed by having to keep getting new patients and not being able to see her current patients.

!!!!BEWARE JCMG IF YOU NEED A COVID TEST!!!
Our entire family had been covid tested earlier last week. We all have insurance except my husband. They told him it would be $55. We paid it at the desk. After we were tested but still sitting in the room we got a text stating we would get a %25 discount if we would like to pay the remainder upfront instead of getting billed. I responded saying we had already paid. They replied that was just a down payment. They could bill us the remainder or we could pay now. It was another $250. We paid it.
Jump fowatd to today. I went out to get my mail. Three more bills. $240 each for covid tests. And my husband won't get paid for the time he had to take off for being positive. So insurance doesn't cover it? I tried calling but they close at 4pm. I'll try again tomorrow.
All this Covid money floating around and JCMG wants to charge you 300 person! If you need a test go to Walgreens. You can buy one over the counter for $27 or drive thru and they do it for free. No questions asked. They don't even ask for your insurance. Lesson learned. Wish I would have known that sooner. Hoping to save some others a little (or a lot) with this info. Don't make my mistake. Stay away from JCMG. No really. Avoid it. Like the Plague.

Everytime I show up for an appointment the doctor is out of town. I have to take off work to make these appointments. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL. The PA Terry Krantz or as I call her Terry the butcher cut me open without numbing the area.... the nurses never make my appointments when they are supposed to. I just have to call after 3 weeks of no word on my appt. Then I get an appt 6 months later. well guess what?? The doctor is off that day...They are only here for your money just like every other business out there. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS

My doctor actually tried to bully me into getting the Covid-19 vaccine today. I have an autoimmune disease and have valid reasons not to get it. I stay home and use every precaution I have available. What happened to my body, my choice?
