Friendly staff, clean rooms. I do wish the breakfast selection had some whole grain options or some decent fruit. If you dont eat eggs, dairy, or white bread theres not much to nosh on. Walkability: Good walkability to the capital. You have to cross one very busy street but there is a light and crosswalk.

Worst service ever! Both days I stayed it took multiple times to get the key cards to work at the doors. Had to go back and forth from office to room to get new keys made and keep trying with my stuff in my hands and by my door. Very inconvenient. I was going to need to extend my stay and wasnt able to just extend it but they stated I would have to start a whole new reservation which I dont have time to do. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE AT BAYMONT HOTEL ON BROADWAY

Parking not very user friendly No truck or trailer parking. No restaurants close by. No breakfast. No coffee.

Stayed there the night before scheduled surgery at Capital Region hospital, room was very clean with plenty of room and bathroom was newly remodled.
