We had a mixed experience with this company. Some things were great but a lot of other things were not so great. After waiting four months for the installation and a lot of rescheduling, the two guys that came out did not do a good job. They didn't know how to read the map. The fence was wavy. They gave us excuses about being understaffed. They told us they had moved our installation date because they got a bigger job. They didn't use an auger even though an auger was in our contract. However, the good thing was that when we were unhappy with the quality of work, they came out and redid it, and brought an auger. We're happy with the final product. The day we were scheduled to start I took off work and traveled to the site to meet the guys. They cancelled on us 30 minutes after our scheduled start time. While we were waiting on installation, we changed the location of our fence. They were so flexible and nice about doing changing it but charged us $50 for a contract cancellation even though we never cancelled our contract. We only modified it. And when our fence turned out smaller than the original measurements, we were not refunded for the resources saved, even though the guys working on it told us they would do so. For my final sign-off on the fence they were not willing to come over when I could be there. And even though they have been really wonderful and responsive via email, it's impossible to catch them in the office. They keep short offices hours that clash with my office hours. I finally made an appointment with them via email and left work early to go pay in person, but no one was in the office and they were not answering the phone. So you decide. They are very responsive and they will fix their mistakes but EVERYTHING is a hassle with Bootheel fence. Nothing is easy. EDIT: When I made my final payment, three people confronted me about my review. They were obviously upset. It was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would have spoken to them and considered changing my review if they had sat me down and had a normal conversation with me to go over my points. But this was confrontational, intimidating, and weird. Edit #2: I left this same review on their Facebook reviews and they blocked me for leaving a negative review. I would have given them 2-3 stars but based on the poor customer service, confrontational attitude, and then blocking me because I left a review, I've changed this to one star.
