I had a couple of orders sent from the doctor for my mom. She's in need of a new walker and wheelchair. I chose this business because we've done business there before and it's local. I followed up a couple days after they received the orders and was told it would take a week or so to process. I called again after 2 weeks. Still not done. She told me it would not get resolved the same day. Now we are in urgent need for something and still no closer. I told her that 2 weeks is a little ridiculous for nothing to have been done and she said I was welcome to go wherever I wanted. So, I went somewhere else. Would liked to have stayed local. No customer service here.

My daughter was sent home from the hospital at 6 one evening and they sent a tech out shortly after to make sure she had the oxygen she needed when she got home. They’ve followed up and taken great care in making sure we had everything we need. We have had a great experience!!

The Healthcare supply attendant was very helpful in getting my order straightened out. She also made sure I got the right components i needed for my CPAP machine.
