Service at store was friendly and knowledgeable.  But the delivery service was bad. They delivered the wrong mattress then took till 9:30pm to return with the right mattress. Buy from the store but save yourself $60 and a headache and transport your own mattress!

I bought a mattress set and put on layaway. I went in on 6-10-14 to make a payment. The gentleman took my payment and looked on the computer to see if my bed was available for delivery yet. It was. He said as soon as I paid it off it would be delivered. I went in on 6-13-14 and paid it off and this time it was a woman who waited on me. After I paid it off she told me it would be another week before I could get it delivered because they had to order the box springs. I was there at 10 am on Friday. She would not put the order in until the following Monday and then it would take at least 5 days before the springs would come in. I was lied to by someone. I was told two different things and the woman waiting on me was very rude. The two men who work in the store were very nice but not the woman. Because of her I will never buy anything from there again. She made me feel like I was a nobody and that she was doing me a favor. Im the one who spent almost a $1000 there and don't feel like I should of been treated that way. If it wasn't for her I would recommend this store but it takes only one bad apple to ruin it for everyone else.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Quick to sell you any mattress, and once you have issues with your mattress (which you will) the return/warranty policy is a joke. Had my mattress less than 3 years, now there is a huge worn area in the pillow top, asked several times for someone to come take a look at the mattress so it will meet their return/warranty policy and they never did. When I went in to the store to finally have someone help me with this issue they took my word for the worn area, but only offered less than 30% for what I paid for my mattress as credit toward a new one. Was promised that they would take care of me in that I was a "valued customer" and was only taken advantage of. Avoid at all costs, I understand that they are in the business to make money however as a small company they are doing a great job at ruining their reputation as a reputable company.
