I've donated at other Biolife Centers over the years and I've always had a great experience. This location is no different! The staff are so friendly and the facility is clean and well run. I definitely recommend checking it out. (PS I drive an hour to get here, so that is an indicator of my high opinion).

Love this facility. The staff is always nice and do their best to get you in and out in reasonable time even when their systems fail to schedule right. No complaints from me

I have been to this location twice. Both times I was treated poorly by the nurses. The ones who take vitals signs and test are blood are very lovely, understandable, and helpful.
I was denied both times to donate because of my heart rate. I have been routinely checking my heart rate along with my garmin watch and I havent hit over 90 bpm unless i am exercising. The machine they use to check heart rate is a blood pressure cuff only, no pulse ox, no Manuel checks, nothing. I politely asked to talk to a nurse since I have been here 2 different times and asked if they would manually take my heart rate. Instead of being polite/nice they in turn were very rude, defensive, and non approachable.
I will not go back to this location and I recommend everyone to go to CSL.
Just seems silly if someone is genuinely wanting to donate and help the population that they would be nicer to their clientele and be understanding. I get being able to safely donate and being in parameters of vitals signs, I just did not appreciate the way I was treated.
