        I was told false information when switching over my account to a different type of account. This action led to multiple overdraft fees. When I went in to talk to the banker about it, she was extremely rude and very dismissive. Its obvious that banks make a lot of money charging these overpriced fees to people who are working paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet and its such a scam and a rip off. Its even worse when these people are rude to your face without any empathy or customer service skills at all. Im going in the morning when they open to close out my account.
