        I understand there is a shortage of help but I have use this company several times and was surprise their service call person is on the verge of completely incompetent . The front desk person needs an attitude change and should be fired ASAP. Its one thing to do your job, but to make excuses to a long term customer why your not doing your job with an attitude "I really don't care" is flat ridiculous. My advice to you is "FIND ANOTHER COMPANY". Things have changed for the worst here and this one will leave you hanging and flat doesn't care.
