Kristen at my Imperial branch always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I can feel comfortable knowing she does whatever she can to get me the best rates. Ive been with state Farm many years and highly recommend them. Personally found the grass is NOT always greener as Id slid away a time or two over the years but always back. They handle minutes and home insurance. Couldnt be more pleased.

State Farm is a joke! They will drop you after one home policy claim. Scott Brase will NOT advocate for you at all. All these people care about is how much money they make. They literally expect you to stand outside and stop or control hurricane type winds and hail. We paid thousands a year to them for several years on homeowners, and they dropped us after one claim that they paid less out on. I will advise anyone willing to listen to avoid State Farm at all costs. They have lost the business of my entire family. If you do insure with them, good luck, and I hope you never experience any type of weather where you are located. According to the BBB reviews, they screw every single person over if it's weather related. The reviews on BBB are horrible. I wish I had checked before I ever chose to insure through them.
