My mother was quoted 300.00 but then charged 432.36. I was given the run around about price then told that it would not be over 300. My mother was sent a bill for 432.26 with no description of the work done. We asked for servicing of the mower and to fix a tire. We were never informed about any other work to be done. We had asked to be notified if it needed any more work. I had to call them for any word I got and was always given an I don't know, and we will call you back if it needs more work. I feel that we were treated unfairly and I will never ask them for their help again. I will not pay more that 300.00 and wish them a middle finger of a day.

Went in on Saturday morning (7-17-21) Spend 5 minutes in building. Never saw a single person. No sales people, no management, no one at service desk or parts. They are taking the idea of “self service” to a whole new level. I guess i would recommend going here if you need to get a brochure for a John Deere product you would like to purchase at another dealer, they did seem to have brochures fully stocked on the wall.

I stopped by the dealership 3 weeks ago looking to buy a full size XUV series Gator, I informed the salesman I had a non John Deere side by side that I wanted to trade in. The salesman asked me to text him pictures of the side by side and he would have his boss look at it and let me know how much it was worth. I sent the photos and he responded via text that he would get back to me. I am still waiting. The salesman has not responded to any texts messages or voicemails I have left. The one time he answered his phone, he said he was still waiting on his boss to let him know the trade in value. Three weeks seems like a long time with no contact. If SN Partners doesn't want to take my trade in, at least they should have the courtesy to call me and let me know. Ignoring a potential customer is hard to understand.
