UPDATE: I didn't think it was possible but this experience got even worse. NEVER, I mean NEVER, try to work with this dealership. And don't bother calling, they'll ignore you. This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They are not responsive and terribly unorganized. After purchasing a vehicle I've had to go back up there 5 times within two weeks due to issues and missing paperwork.
