Our room was gross. I should have had it switched when we first got there but we were anxious to get downtown to the arch. We were in the room about 5 minutes then we left. By the time we got back it was late and I didn't say anything. The bathroom light fixture had dead bugs in it, the one above the mirror was very dusty stains on the curtains and a big hole in the carpet under the sink. The heating sucks too, it was either too hot or too cold and made a ton of noise, rattles and pops. I would never stay in this location again. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly but we wanted a clean room.
