My plans were to go through Mr Brown until his staff informed me that he’s really not a people person and he fired the staff that had been there prior to his arrival. She further mentioned to me that the woman was between 84-85years old and was clearly fired based on him feeling threatened by the woman’s seniority with the company. Once I spoke with my colleague who referred me to him and discovered she was no longer with him due to an inappropriate conversation that took place, I thought it was best just to find someone else to get my insurance from if I still wanted Shelter Insurance.
