Needs to be shut down. Lived there for one year and in that one year our apartment was broken into, the landlord refused to replace/change the locks or door but fixed two other tenant's doors, we went through two bed bug infestations caused by our upstairs neighbors, the landlord only fumigated once and never again, and throughout the entire year there was a persistent never ending roach infestation that the landlord also refused to do anything about. It was an awful experience, could never get a good night's sleep, couldn't keep food in the house, had to check the shower before we used it, had to check the microwave before we used it, even the fridge got infested. The final straw was when our ceiling caved in from flooding due to our upstairs neighbors. The landlord once again REFUSED to take responsibility and fix the damage. For the last 3 months of living there we had a giant hole in our ceiling persistently leaking black moldy water. There was mold in the walls, the walls would leak water into our living room and bathroom, the AC didn't work, we tried reaching out to the health department and police department as well as a tenant laws and rights attorney and nobody would help us or take the case. We lost all of our furniture, our dignity, and several family items and other personal belongings during the flood and break in.
