I would NEVER use or recommend this company. Bought a new central air unit cost about $8K in 2018 had to spend $2K in 2019 "under warranty" and here it is 2020 and I am looking at another $400-$500 bill on this unit. They sell junk and refuse to repair it unless you pay them, the warranty is worth nothing !!!!

On April 29, 2020, I called Hon to repair my Air Conditioner. The Service Technician was prompt and said I needed the old type of Freon and gave me a price. After consideration, it was decided to purchase a new unit and because the furnace and air conditioner had been in use for 23 years, it was decided to go with new furnace and air conditioner. Purchased a Trane Furnace and Air Conditioner May 1 and the appointment to install it was made for May 11 at 9:00 A.M.. They showed up at 8:50 A.M. to install it and done excellent work. They left the area very clean. I am extremely pleased with the service that they provided. I will definitely use their service again. I would highly recommend them.

5-Star experience all around. Responsive when initially contacted, punctual for the meeting to discuss options, and clean & professional throughout the installation. In addition, Hon H&C gives you additional warranties that most others will not offer. Finally, we received a HAND WRITTEN thank you note following the installation.
