        Called him out to look at our Water heater. Told him the job would require him to work with a home warranty and asked if he was ok with that. He said he was. He did the work and we purchased an upgrade from him. Sent the invoice to the warranty and they said he needed to itemize it. He said he would, but then never did. Not long after that he stopped answering text messages and phone calls. Didn't return vm either. At one point we got the Warranty company to call him and while they were talking to him to get a list of items so they could process the claim he hung up. He has cost us $1200 that we would have gotten back from the warranty. I would not recommend his service. we already gave him plenty of chances. Service: Boiler installation

        Had to have outside spigots replaced. $300 Each! He was responsive to call. Got here to do work within days. Job took maybe an hour..?
