        When Bobby ran this place, he did not put up with kids being loud and unruly in the senior sections. Kids come through screaming now and Kendall says kids will be kids, and maybe you should get up earlier. Same with mowing at 7 am. Kendall likes to enforce rules on some people, but not on others like having to be 50 to live in the senior sections. I know of at least seven other families who have kids living there, so when he tried to make my kids leave, I ignored him! . Kendall also charges some people more lot rent than others. He charged some people who lived in RVs or travel trailers $200 per month, and charged me $340. Bobby treated everyone the same. I am glad I was finally able to move!
